to tickle your curiosity. But remember one thing, if you want to open or click,
think twice before taking action. In addition, do not transmit any personal information
under any pretext because these can be many, for example, in case of opening an
account to participate in an offer or if you are the winner of a gift, etc.
Some hackers can impersonate any company and even your bank.
To
avoid frauds, whether on WhatsApp or other applications, here is the list was
drawn up by the DNSC:
In
case of intrusive messages, on any app, never give out your private data like
your bank accounts.
Then,
regarding WhatsApp, it is necessary to regularly make all the updates
recommended by the application, as they allow correcting any security flaws.
If
the content of the message offers you an attractive offer, tell yourself that
there is a wolf in the sheepfold. Indeed, it is surely fraud bait used by
hackers.
Also,
if it's an unknown number with strange content, delete it right away.
Check
your privacy for groups: This is the most important privacy setting and, too,
should be updated very often as soon as a new contact is added.
Next,
you also need to set status privacy and make your status updates.
Fraud
Clues: Keep a cool head in the face of such offers: always think before you act
and observe the details, especially in the text, absences of diacritics,
spelling or syntax errors, false signatures or logos, etc. Indeed, most
cybercriminals use translation tools automatically. So, the rendering of the
text is not always correct.
